In 2018, Donnex T Kamsonga noticed a critical gap in the African payroll management market. Traditional systems were outdated, expensive, and didn't account for local compliance requirements.
They envisioned a solution that would combine cutting-edge technology with local expertise, making payroll management accessible and efficient for organizations of all sizes across Africa.
Starting from a small office in Lilongwe, Malawi, they built the first version of our platform with a focus on Malawi's specific tax requirements and business practices.
